Purchased this to save an old Xbox. It protects against overheating, and is super quiet. At one time I didn’t even realize it was on. I was skeptical because I had previously purchased a fan that did not fit. The Xbox is advertised.I also had a problem with the first fan that I purchased, it was super noisy as soon as I plugged it in. However, the seller made a super quick return. I am very happy with this purchase. Would purchase from the same seller without hesitation.

Bought this to help with a launch edition Xbox One that had troubles staying cool. As soon as the unit was installed it worked its magic and was pumping out the hot air very quickly. Noise level is noticeable but not distracting, especially if you wear headphones. Overall very happy with the purchase.

There isn't too much to say about a fan outside of the fact that it blows. Only this one requires a certain temperature to trigger its "on" state, in which it appears to be doing so just fine. So the temperature trigger works and it turns on when it needs to and back off when it is no longer needed, which prevents you from ever having to remember to do any of it yourself. That is a big win there. It was also mostly quiet as well. We have seen fans with even less noise than this (read further), but the noise-factor of this one isn't bothersome at all. It's pretty quiet.Although, this fan and the others like it are a bit pricey if you take time to think about the average cost of a fan of its size. If you happen to have an extra 120mm or larger fan from a computer We found it was just as easy and much cheaper to buy a USB to 3 or 4 pin (depending on the fan) adapter. You can place the fan on top of the vent where most of the air is coming out from and point it up so it blows away from the console. Given, this method does mean the fan would be on at all times, but we did try a few that were even quieter (whisper-quiet) than this fan. So it all comes down to the ability to kick on or off at a set temperature vs if you mind a fan running 24/7 (which should still last a number of years if you treat it right). For what it is, we liked it.**If you have found our review helpful, please vote it as helpful below so we know. I was searching for something to replace my 5 year older high end fan and was scared because this was a bit less and often times you get what you pay for. This fan is as quite as my old one and works nicely keeping my Xbox one cool. Kicks on when it hits around 95° even if the xbox isn't being overworked, it's a nice feature. I would say get it if your on the fence because it couldn't hurt to keep your box cooler.

I bought this a few days ago. It runs and is quiet. Fits my Xbox one perfectly. My concern is it never shuts off. I haven’t run my Xbox in days and it has been running since I plugged it in. Causes me to believe the sensor is broken. I can’t find a way to contact seller. It also says it sends air out 2 ports and I only feel it coming out one. I can see it working but it is not as described, nor do I want a higher electric bill because of it. I would like a refund instead of having something that doesn’t work as advertised. I was notified by the company they would send me a new one. It is now Dec 2020 and I still have not received the new one as promised.

I've had this for maybe 6 months or so...worked great, cooled the console well, looks sleek and was quiet. For some reason, now it runs very loud...like the fan might be hitting something inside, really distracting. I opened it up, couldn't find a reason for the racket. So...I'll use it until I find a different replacement.

I bought it mainly because I thought my Xbox was overheating (which was not the case at the time)Even still, I’m happy I bought it. It works, it’s not super loud, and lets me play the more strenuous games without needing to worry. My only concern about the fan is that the fan itself becomes incredibly hot between it and the Xbox, so it makes me wonder how it doesn’t break or stop working, but it’s keeping my Xbox cool by keeping that hot air out.
