Like a few other items, a punching shield should be considered a great training tool to use for Martial Arts training.Past simply hitting it, it can be used as a workout item by jumping over it and can also be used as a way to measure how high one can kick. I like it.

This is great, but I should have paid attention to the dimensions. It was much smaller than I expected. It is solidly built.
