Nice pad for punching but where are hooks for wall attachment. $36 and you send me used package with missing parts. I believe you sent a used item. Shame, Shame, Shame on you. Fool me once shame on you. I would have bought a second one but now I cannot trust.

It’s not bad but it’s overpriced, and nobody else is making these type of wall pad. So I had no choice. I wish it was thicker so I can at least practice uppercuts, I always hurt my hand trying to them

I didn’t want to buy a punching bag that would take up space. This was exactly what I needed. I hooked to my power rack in a matter of minutes using the belt that came with it. It’s pretty thick and doesn’t wiggle around. I recommend this pad.

This product works for me, but I don't have it against a wall. I have it wrapped around a 3x3 steel rack post. Works well with gloves. Not sure I'd want to hit this without gloves. It's pretty firm, but it has a bounciness to it, and it absorbs a decent amount of the impact if you are just exercising. If you are or want to be a power puncher, I'd say buy a nice thick wall-mounted punching pad for boxing/MMA or of course an actual heavy bag. I dont think this is meant to be a substitute for either of those. This is a nice piece to have in addition to other striking pads, but if I was only going to buy one or two things to strike, this wouldn't be one of them. Best part is its flexibility. Small, very light and easy to wrap around a pole or tree if you don't want to damage your drywall. Also easy to tighten/loosen with two long nylon straps. The straps come inside the outer cover. I'm assuming others who say the straps were not included had not yet unzipped the cover. Cover seems durable too. Just know that it's a firm bouncy pad, not too soft, and as evident in the photos, it's not super thick. I'd give it five stars, but the price feels a tiny bit high, given that it's fake leather outside and basically packing foam material on the inside.

I like it. It’s good for practicing by yourself. The only downside is you have to adjust the position if you want to do different punches at different heights.

I'm a beginner. This pad was perfect for me. I used velcro tape to put it up though. But it has the strap inside the zipper pouch for you to attach to a tree.

Didn't come with the strap. Other than that, its softer than punching my wall. But I'm going to have to put wood behind it to reinforce it to avoid making holes. That's where a strap really would have come in handy.
