If your sons or someone in your family or even a friend plays football or just trains for whatever reason, this is a great at home or take with you bag. It helps you learn blocking skills and it has handles for someone to hold it from behind as you hit it from the front and has a lot of padding in the middle where it won't hurt anyone. It does come with the padding in a compressed bag, but you just open that and zip it into the black blocking bad and it will expand to its size and off you go. Very convenient product. Great value.

Got this for my 8 year old who loves playing football. Since we are starting football season as we speak, I figured this would are great to help him block! It seems very well made. When it came, the foam was vacuum sealed and the actual blocking pad case was separate. It was easy to open and put together. I highly recommend this for your football player!

Great product for my 6 year old to practice football with. 2 pieces of thick foam zip into the black cover. Seems well made and durable, much like the more expensive ones at big name stores.

We got this training pad to further develop football and basketball skills for our children. For football use, the high density foam allows you to create a powerful impact/ hit and limits the concern of injury for training and development purposes. The overall size is sufficient to properly handle, maneuver and control while performing training exercises. We also used this for basketball training by using the pad as a defensive player. The pad has multiple handles which allows good control and flexibility of uses. Additionally the pad is light weight and the outer cover is durable and easy to wipe clean.

Great quality blocking and hitting pad!! The 2 blocks of padding that go into the actual bag have to be inserted and they are not very easy to get started but once you get the first one mostly in it is smooth sailing from there! The bag itself is great quality, very strong and sturdy zippers as well as handles/grips! This bag can definitely take a hit and then some! Great for football, punching, any sort of martial arts as well. Very impressed and is a great value!
