All videos provided by this company shows the folder working great...with 20# paper with no print on it. Funny story...we print on paper before we fold it. The support guy admitted to me, the more coverage on your paper, the less effective the folder. Their solution is to clean the rollers with soap and water on a sponge. Don't waste your time with this product.

And we wish we had bought this one first. Many folding machines are a real pain, but this heavy duty piece of equipment gets the job done with very few problems. Recommended!

This folder jams way to much and very time consuming. If I go over three pages it's misfiring. I can fold three at a time by hand to have paid this much money for this equipment. Not worth it. Very unhappy with this machine. Absolutely the worst machine I have. Do not waste your money!!!

Works fine and easy to get going. It seems to have a problem if you load to many sheets into the feeder but this may be an adjustment problem. The unit works as advertised and is doing well.

Nice folder. Pretty dumb, does exactly what you tell it. The people in my office that use it try to use all sorts of special paper, so it doesn't work quite so well with glossy paper. We have figured out a few tricks... when using thicker paper, or slightly shiny paper it helps to put a piece of regular paper on the bottom of the stack.just had a couple little weirdnesses, but we have found ways to get around all of them... we've folded probably 2-3000 pieces so far and only had 2-3 jams, so overall we love it

It was already set up for the z-fold, which was nice. Must be VERY careful or you can jam it - if so, most likely you will have to tear the machine apart to get the jam out and some of the papers will be destroyed. When it is working properly, the folded items may get out of order in the out stack. I think a lot of this is getting used to the machine and what you should & shouldn't do regarding stack of papers, etc.
