I own a small printing business and do a lot of brochure prints. This machine seems to live up to the listed specs on speed and I've had no issues with jamming or folds coming out incorrectly. The instruction manual could use some better pictures to help with installing the paper guides and trays for people that are unfamiliar with this type of device.My biggest complaint is that the device arrived in a very badly damaged box that had obviously been returned as an RMA. After unboxing, assembling, and testing I found that the "reverse" function did not work. After looking through the instructions and following them word for word the switch actually shot sparks out when I tried to reverse the motor again. I am contacting the seller and manufacturer to get this remedied and will update my review accordingly.
