I followed the directions explicitly to care for this plant. It arrived looking very dead, unlike the other water lilies that I ordered. Even the roots were shriveled. My other lilies ordered within a couple of days are doing well. This one is just dead.

Legit! I was worried they wouldn’t make it as they looked pretty weak when they arrived… I followed the instructions and have kept them in fresh cool water (swap out every couple days) for about one month. They now both have strong stems and leaves that grow every day!!! Super excited to plant in my mom’s garden pond. 10/10 recommend ✨

I planted as per instructions, put the pot into a larger bucket, three days and i had three leaves. I will leave in bucket until the leaves are up to water level and pi will not have my KOI eat the young leaves... GREAT PRODUCT, THANKSUPDATE: Leaves have reached surface, very healthy plant, thanks again

When it showed up the first little shoot actually was broken off. I still planted it in my sand bed Axoltl tank and low and behold it started growing rapidly. I now have 2 leaves on their way to the surface.

This plant was pictured as to grow on water. It came in and the instructions are that you have to plant it in dirt. Yes maybe I was not educated on this plant but like I said it was pictured as growing on water..very misleading. I bought plants last year that you simply place directly in your pond and they grow. It's a pain to have to return things so I am just out 20 bucks..

The plant was placed in an outside pond and did not grow. The leaves turned brown and I believe it is dead. Maybe something I did but not sure.

At first this lily tuber may look dead. I didn't have much hop when I then planted in a pond container. I just checked on it after a good 2-3 weeks and low and behold it had 4 tiny leaves coming out of the tuber! However they are a long way from reaching the surface of our pond which is only a bit more than a foot and a half deep.
