  • 【Induction Heater Bolt Removal】The induction heater bolt removal tool by using the eletromagnetic fields to heat the metal, which is faster and more precise and efficient than oxy-acetylene system. The induction heating tool is a precise, non-contact method for heating electrically conductive materials such as iron, aluminum and steel or semiconductor materials such as silicon carbide.
  • 【Intelligent Systems】 Bolt heater tool with a cooling fan and an overheating protection device, this system prevents damage to nearby heat-sensitive components during heating, thereby extending the lifespan of the equipment. The bolt induction heater fan operates only when the power is connected and automatically shuts off when the power is disconnected.
  • 【Note】The magnetic induction heater indicator is usually white and turns yellow when the overheat protection mode is activated. We improved the coil. The new coil lasts longer and the coil insulator is not easy to fall off. It will not damage nearby plastic parts when used
  • 【Magnetic Induction Heater Kit】The induction heater comes with 3 different coils and the coils can be bent in any way to meet a variety of work requirements. The induction heater is easy to pack for storage and transportand is a heating induction tool.
  • 【Wide Range of Uses】 The magnetic induction heater kit mainly used for heating threaded nuts and rusty screws to loosen them. This induction heater ideal for taking apart old truck exhaust systems, including exhaust manifold bolts, into small places, much safer than using a torch.
  • 【Ergonomic Design】The built-in LED light at the end of the induction tool allows you to work smoothly in the dark; The granular bolt-on bolt removal heater is ergonomically designed for a more comfortable grip when you use the heat induction tool.

I’m a professional, ASE master certified mechanic with 15+ years experience. This unit does exactly what I needed it to do. And for a fraction of the cost. Heated up a 14mm nut in 30 seconds, melt a crayon for some lubricant and the nuts zapped right off.

I purchased this tool for my husband since he is a Jack of all trades and he really liked it. He says that it heats up extremely fast and it is easy to use. It was a little more expensive that others on the market, but the features that it has make it worth it. It arrived quickly too! My husband really recommends it!

Worked great on a test piece but wouldn't work on the 10mm broken bolt, so its still a we'll see at this point

I wish this product existed in the mainstream when I started my automotive career over 30 years ago... The countless frozen nuts and bolts I fought and cursed over probably wouldn't have been a match for this. Using a torch sometimes takes a while but this thing will get your metal object glowing red hot in less than 10 seconds and I mean glowing! The heating elements look to be just solid copper with some sort of high temp sheathing over it. I am going to experiment and try to make my own adapters for other heating purposes like soldering copper pipe.... I'll have to do some research to make sure I'm doing it correctly but it seems simple enough. Now what are you waiting for.... Add to cart!

Unfortunately, I live in the land of rust and my garage is filled with the yellow propane bottles and penetrating fluid for the inevitable rusted shut nuts and bolts on cars. I was using this on my project car and while taking out the rear subframe I was able to use this to heat up the front of the bolts to the point that it began to burn the undercoating the previous owner had on and managed to get 3 out of the 4 bolts out; the 4th bolt came off with the body which showed the insane amount of rust that the car had -- but without this I am sure the other 3 would've been impossible. The rear set of bolts had to come out with the penetrating fluid since this tool is rather big and a tad too awkward to handle; so if you are dealing with vehicles that are more repair friendly then this will be great!Build quality is more than acceptable for the at home mechanic, and haven't had any issues with the included rings provided.

The 1100-watt induction heater bolt removal tool is a little bigger and heavier than I thought it would be from looking at the ad. It appears to be very solidly built. It comes with three different diameter coils, an instruction booklet, and two lock screws for securing the coil to the tool. The instruction manual has a few diagrams but is mainly text. The text was just large enough for me to read without a magnifying glass, but it was still pretty small. Interestingly, it describes several additional coils that are not part of this set. To use the unit, you select a coil with an appropriate diameter, insert it into the coil holes on the front of the unit, and tighten the set screws. However, the fan holes on the front of the unit are also big enough for the coil wires to be inserted. So, you must watch carefully where you are sticking the wires so you don't accidentally poke them into the fan holes. As soon as you plug in the unit, the fan starts blowing. It will continue to blow as long as the unit is plugged in. There is no way to turn it off other than unplugging the unit. As soon as you press the red button on the side, the coil is activated and the LED work light illuminates. I tested it on a nail that was sticking about an inch out of a board. It took less than 10 seconds for it to glow red hot and start charring the wood. The instructions say in one place that the duty cycle is two minutes on and five minutes off. In another spot, it says it is five minutes on and ten minutes off. Either way, it says it has overheat protection on the internal circuitry, which will avoid harming the unit. However, it says letting the coil come into contact with a red-hot part for a length of time could burn through the insulation and damage the coil. I love the fact that this unit is so simple to operate. It seems to work really well. I am very pleased with the quality of this tool.
