The Solary induction tool utilizes electromagnetic induction to heat magnetizable metal bolts/nuts, causing them to expand for easy removal. This process does not produce open flames, enhancing safety in the workplace and minimizing damage to the surrounding work area.

  • The machine is designed to run continuously to ensure proper ventilation and cooling. If you need to turn it off, simply unplug the power cord.

  • The machine's heating principle operates through magnetic field heating. The metallic properties of the object being heated will affect the heating efficiency, as will the environment and the size of the object being heated.

  • The machine has an overheating protection system that activates, indicated by a yellow light, rendering it unusable temporarily. Do not unplug it; the fan will continue cooling it down.

  • The machine operates using magnetic field heating. Individuals with metal medical implants are prohibited from using it. Before using the device, please ensure you read the instruction manual and heed any precautions.

Worked great. Just make sure you check the screw every once in a while that holds the heating element. It will loosen with the heat cycle. No big problem, just need to tighten it every soo often.

I bought this product in September of 2024. I used it one time to do cab mounts on my truck. It worked great, however when I went to use it again this past weekend for the second time, it would get bolts hot but not red hot. Very dissapointing.

Removed several rusted bolts with no problems. Heats up the bolts fast.

My torches where empty and i needed to heat some loctited rusted bolts up. They where also near wiring and coolant hoses too. With a torch i normally would have had to remove more thing and wet towel lots more stuff but with this i just wet towel covered close stuff and it worked well. Heated them up enough to get them to come loose. Saved me potentially having to drill them out. This model i bought has continously running fan which is good unlikd other cheap models like this price range that fan one cools it in use. This is more like the expensive ones it seems.

This product actually worked. It makes the bolt very hot. I found it useful to but a wax candle or crayon to lube the nut. It ducks it in like fluk to copper pipe.

Unit came, NO loose pieces inside and NO issue screwing in wire holder screw as a few other reviews have mentioned. Unit seemed well constructed and durable.Worked perfectly on the two nuts I needed to remove in a space near wires. Super easy just pressed the button and let it cook the nut for a minute or two and then was able to break the nut loose. Note, it doesn’t turn the metal orange, at least not the metal I was heating.For sure worth the money on this item and look forward to using it again and sure it won’t be long as northern winters like to rust everything together. So much easier and less damage potential than a torch.

Purchased to help remove a sub frame bolt. Worked great. Was able to heat bolt to red hot without affecting the rubber mount that the bolt passes through. This thing works great.

I can’t believe how well this tools works. I was tempted to get a mini oxy acetylene torch but being able to plug this into the wall and go is very nice. Also, there risk of burning something in the surrounding with this is far less than with a torch. I tried it out when I received it on the rustiest hardware I could find- brackets on a boat trailer that have been dunked in saltwater for many years. I let the nuts get to the point where they were smoking and I sprayed them with penetrating oil to shock them. As soon as I put a wrench on them they turned freely with ease. Probably one of my new favorite tools I own!
