This incubator worked almost as well as a light bulb in a basket. To make matters worse, when the control panel stopped working less than 3 months after purchase I discovered the 30 day warranty the company offers. Whomever's job it was to slap a "made in the USA" sticker on this trash should be exiled to China to learn to make a decent product with a fair warranty. Save your money and order from another company.

Worked successfully for about three hatches then the temperature started to increase. Like from 100 to 110. Cooked one batch. Bought a replacement heater. Was working fantastic then checked the heat and it was 110! Have one sad egg hatched then another with a chick struggling. So looks like I will have a lone chick out of 8. The chicks were developing nicely until the heat surge.

I've had this incubator for a while. I've never been able to get a hatch rate higher than 15%.Sensors are inaccurate. Both humidity and temperature. My temperature is off by about 4 degrees. The temperature spikes. Today I looked at my incubator and the temperature read 109 degrees F! On my backup thermometer. Ridiculous. High enough to bake a chick.I've also found that the air isn't circulated throughout the whole incubator. Eggs in corner are cool to touch. Corner temps have been as low as 95 degrees.Don't buy this incubator. It's garbage, I do not recommend. One I've had sucess with is the Nurture Right 360 by Manna Pro.

I got the digital model instead but no big deal i assume they ran out of the other one so sent me this one ,Shipping was crazy fast ! 6 days ..The incubator had its pros and consThe heating fan thing is not centred so heat doesnt go in the far corners BUT put a paper towel tube in the end to prevent eggs from rolling there and if you have no eggs turner in it put your lid backwards ( don’t align the little holes to pass the wire through) so you dont lose heat thereI also bought a ZOOMED thermometer hygrometer separately to go with itI will update when i hatch eggs to let you know how it worked for meUpdate:I had put eggs in on may 13 ( 26 eggs ) 19 were fertile , 16 hatched successfully 1 died had a open belly and just didnt make it , 2 were shrink wrapped and died even before hatchingSo i believe this incubator is really good ! BUT YOU NEED TO BUY A LITTLE COMPUTER FAN TO AD INSIDE !!!The air doesn’t circulate like i wish it would one end is hotter than the other so i had to rotate the eggs oftenSo i recommend buying a separate little fan to go inside ( one with the USB attached so you can just lead it through the little hole to plug it in the wall with a charging block )And buy a separate hygrometer to help determine temperature and humidity since the one in the incubator doesn't really tell the truth on humidityI would however recommend this incubator ( digital is what i have )Good luck :)

I wasn't expecting a piece of Styrofoam and no insert to rotate the eggs and I bought the quail egg rails and I can't use them because there is no insert.

At first i was having trouble with this product. The temp on the display was off +-10 degrees. I had a horrible hatch with it. I have a GQF i use with a turner and the little giant for a hatcher. all the eggs in the GQF made it to that point but the LG killed all the eggs once transferred. I called LG and they sent me a new sensor and display to change out. This fixed all the issued which happened to be the sensor/thermometer. The new one was round and just hung slightly off the bottom where as the one replaced was longer with a L shaped sensor at the end stapled to clear plastic. The new one is far better. Their customer service was for the first time in a very long time easy and pleasant to deal with and resolved my issue on the spot at no extra cost to me. Very great just for customer service alone. A VERY RARE THING THESE DAYS.

I have this model, a little giant still model and a genesis hova bator circulated air model. There is little difference between the two circulated air models, they both work great. If you remember the water and use an egg Turner, healthy eggs will hatch. But the still air model is much less automatic requiring constant intervention to keep temps stable. I don't use it anymore except as a temp broader.. The circulated air model is the way to go. We hatch both our own Marans and cream legbars in them with excellent hatch rates.

Seems like a good little unit but for some readon my hatch rates are not as good as the GQF similar unit. I have put 4 batches of eggs through it and I am only getting 50-60% where my GQFis running 80-85%

This incubator seemed like a great idea, I really liked the temperature gauge being right over the top of the eggs and digital controls. I tried chicken eggs and three sets of quail eggs and never got over a 30% hatch rate. I thought it was my eggs but noticed a big difference in temperature when using a meat probe on all four corners of the incubator......it ranged from 101 to 94. I bought a farm innovators pro series that was cheaper and I'm getting 90% hatch rate and less than 1 degree of temperature swing no matter what vent hole I put the temp probe in. Also, because I kept trying to make this work for so long I can no longer return it so I'm stuck with garbage.

This worked very well with our first attempt to hatch silkie chicks. Bought the automatic egg turner too. Loved being able to watch the hatching process!
