Easy to use and reliable. I dry hatch and I've had great hatch rates with this. Easy to add water (if needed), egg turners are excellent, candle light is the best. Wish they made these in a larger than 30 capacity. I have two that I use all year round. Easy to clean too!

Contacted the company, they responded immediately with the fix for my egg turner issue; I needed to reset the day count to 21 days in order for the egg turner to start working again. We appreciate their fast response and clear instructions on how to fix the problem. started to set another hatching of duck eggs; the egg turner is locked up now will not work! Return window closed 4 days ago, unit worked great for one use, factory settings were spot on, unit held temperature perfectly, humidity was perfect, till the last 3 days, egg turner worked well unit locked itself down at 3 days remaining. The only problem was raising the humidity to the mid 80's for the hatch, when we did the steps to increase the humidity it would only go to 73%, we spritzed the eggs with warm water (non-chlorinated) a couple times a day bringing the humidity up to 85%. Hatched 24 ducklings for a 100% hatch rate, this has been the easiest and best incubation for us ever. This unit literally works straight out of the box.

Hands down my favorite "small" incubator. I've used everything from the Nurture Right 360, to the cheap yellow and clear incubators and will probably chose this one every time. These a great for beginners and seasoned hatchers alike. They are completely plug and play with easy instructions. I've been running mine from Feb-July straight, with no issues or indication that its slowing down or burning out. On my own farm raised eggs, I get between 85%-100% hatch rates.A few things to note or help with better hatch rates:- The packaging isn't the greatest from the manufacturer. The yellow baskets are loosely packed into the incubator which sadly allowed them to scratch up the clear plastic of the cover during shipping. Not a huge deal, just a bit ugly looking.- Invest in a secondary thermometer/hydrometer. I do see that it runs a bit cooler compared to what it's showing on the lid, but I do have mine in my basement. Having a second thermometer can easily fix this. BUT, I have just "run it as it" at 100.5 degrees without a secondary unit, and still had great hatch rates.- Controlling humidity can be tricky, BUT there is a very easy solution. Take a water bottle, poke a hole in the lid of it. Get a shoestring, feed one end of it in the water bottle (filled with water), and the other into Port A. Place just a bit of the string in Port A, and if you need more humidity, simply feed the string in more. If you need lower humidity, take some of the strong out and open the air vent just a bit. But always give it an hour to 2 to stabilize before making more adjustments.- Basket liners and elastics are important if you have smaller eggs. I put kitchen shelf liner strips in each basket to ensure that the eggs are staying still when the baskets are rotating. I also put an elastic at one end of the basket to help keep my eggs together (they are medium size). This helps them not bump and crack when the baskets are rotating.- During lockdown, put a shelf liner down for the bottom. This helps the chicks stand and walk properly without slipping or getting their legs caught in the bottom grates. It also helps for easier clean up!My only feedback is, that if i have 30 eggs go to lockdown, I find it a bit cramped when they are hatching. I've now moved to moving eggs to a bigger, separate incubator for hatching which seems to work for me. This also helps me prolong the life of the incubator (no baby fluff getting into the fan), and clean up is a breeze when I'm simply wiping/disinfecting instead of having to fully wash out egg shells and poop every time. My bigger unit is cheap but very easy to clean, so this has saved me a lot of time and $$ running both!

UPDATE FOR SECOND HATCH: Had another easy incubation, hatched all 30 of the eggs I put in. Needless to say it's a really good incubator for the price.UPDATE: I was able to get a 100% hatch rate from eggs I collected from my hens (hatch rates may lower if you use eggs shipped in the mail) all 30 of my eggs hatched without any complications. The humidity gets a little out of hand when all the eggs start hatching at once, I just waited for a gap in-between my eggs hatching and took the shells out of the incubator to lower the humidity a bit (it was getting close to 90% with water collecting on the sides), I plan on incubating some more here in a few days so if any problems pop up during the next incubation I'll definitely be updating my review, but as for right now this incubator worked great without any issues. So far this incubator is working great, very easy to set up, holds temp and humidity. I keep mine wrapped up in a bath robe (make sure the vents are still uncovered) to make sure the temp stays consistent since my house is kinda cold, i also recommend keeping the incubator away from direct sunlight to keep from overheating the eggs. I was able to get the full 30 eggs into my incubator. I put them in on 3/16/2023 and will be doing a more thorough update around 4/6/2023 which is my estimated hatch day, to let you know how good my hatch rate was and if there was any issues with the incubator.

Funciona excelente.Para que funcione bien solo hay que poner huevos fecundados y estar atento a los días. Ya llevo más de 80 pollos incubados
