Used only twice last winter. Purchased it 2024 January. Currently not working with fully charged batteries. I would not purchase this item. I need it now and does not work. I live in MN.

I used this 4-5 times to clean the snow (not more than 3-4 inches). One of the batteries died and now the machine wont work.They sent a replacement battery after 1 month wait.

I like the styling, I like the headlights, but the batteries just didn't last.Granted, the snow was wet and heavy, but it was only 3 inches deep, and the product wouldn't even do the whole driveway on a single charge. What was worse was that the batteries showed 2 LEDs, but the snow blower still wouldn't run.I also didn't like that the snow blower didn't self-propel. With my previous gas-powered blower, there was some forward movement from the impeller, but this one ran purely on muscle power alone.

Bought the first one before it started snowing and finally used it for the back deck and it died after running it for less than to minutes and won’t turn on just lights blinking. So I got a replacement and it did the same thing. Worse product will never trust this brand or company at all. Returning them both.

Product worked ten minutes until one of the batterys took a poop. I contacted customer service and received the new battery in under a week. Now the snoblower works perfect

Pros;Easy assemblyLight weightCons;Brand new and doesn't work on the first snow fall we got and is now just useless. Contacted the litheli customer service via email from their website as the user manual didn't help. Now a sit and wait game. Waste of $500.

I initially bought the Litheli E1 series blower, but the chute on that was very inconvenient to turn. The base of it was broken, so I had to return it and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.I then ordered the U20 series which I believe is an upgraded version. The product worked amazing and exceeded expectations. I used that after last night's snow storm. The snow was all wet, about 2" thick, but this little beast worked great for it's price. Even the snow pushed in at the entrance of my driveway by the snow ploughs was like 8-10" thick and this buddy did all the job by itself. A plate at the bottom scrapes the snow right off the ground, so it's a clean operation.The battery did not die on me after about 25 mins of use on double driveway and walkway. It was still on the last bar after I unplugged the battery. The only con I noticed was that it was supplied with 2 USB type C cables, but no charger. I purchased a new 20v, 2.25 amp type C charger which fast charged each battery in about 1hr and 45 mins. I'm still very happy with the product as I did not spend over $500-600 for similar capacity snow blower of other brands.

When I received the snowblower I put it together, very easy assembly, and charged the batteries. When I attempted to use it the first time it didn't work. Reached out to Litheli and they were quick to respond with troubleshooting techniques. Sent me another battery and still didn't work. They immediately sent me a new snowblower and it works great. Very good support.

We had one small snow fall and just used it. Works great except I haven't figured out how the shoot works.Bought this snow blower in October 2023 and now one of the batteries stopped working. and the snow shoot is a pain in my behind. You turn the handle but i doesn't move. When it work it works nice the battery just pissed me off . 4 month and it stopped working. No i didn't leave it on charge. I charge the batteries then remove them for the next snow fall.
