The description says what it is. It's an item meant to be used with the Lisle serpentine belt tools, not a standalone tool to he used by itself or with a ratchet. Works flawlessly if you use it correctly.

Maybe it’s a useful tool if you don’t need it to fit a 3/8” drive, but as that’s why I bought it, this is a useless hunk of metal. Misleading information, misleading shipping times. All around, just avoid.
