Operation:
1. Clean the cheese rind by gently scraping.
2. Place the cheese onto the holder.
3. Clamp the cheese in position.

The rack that holds the cheese is not strong enough to support a half wheel of cheese. Also, the whole thing is back to front - the power cable points towards you when scraping the cheese…also beware buying the 120v version of you live in a 240v country - we now need a voltage converter each time we use, be helpful if the purchasing process gave the option. It didn’t. Not sure if that’s a vendor or an Amazon problem. Either way, customer has lost…
