Had this for a few months and it works great om Blu Ray's and DVDs. Very nice picture. Lots of features, easy to set up and use. I don't have a smart TV or any of the extra equipment or internet/streaming stuff this device can connect to, so I can't comment on those functions. But I got it to have these options in the future.The only thing negative I can say about it is it occasionally makes a loud noise from the disc tray while it's playing that can last a long time. If you turn up the volume loud enough it masks the noise and you eventually forget it's there. Not sure why it makes the noise sometimes and sometimes doesnt.

I had a old DVD player and it finally started to act up so I ordered this. I was surprised at the small size and it doesn't take up much room. I've used it several times and am happy with it

Very hard to find a player that has a repeat play feature, this one does. You start the movie, press repeat, and walk away, it will play over and over if that is something you need. You must wait for the movie to start, if you do it while it is playing previews, or menu or whatever-it will just repeat that over and over and not play the movie. It's small too so doesn't take a lot of space or look overwhelmingly ugly.

The Blu Ray itself is really good. The remote control only works within 3’, very bothersome because I need to get closer to the player when I need to use it. Not sure if it’s only the one that came with the player that’s defective.

This is a great blue ray player that is very easy to use, It includes built in Wi-Fi streaming for a reasonable price. You can’t go wrong.

I'm a 70 year old woman and the hookup was easy & everything seems to work like a charm. Picture is clear, sound is great and the remote is working just fine. I'm pleased with the purchase and delivery of this Blu-ray/DVD player.

The blu ray function works, but the streaming (only reason I invested in this one) is trash. It is near the router with full signal so I know that isn't the problem. The menu on streaming apps is slow and glitchy, the picture is fuzzy. There are only 6 apps available to you, can't download more or delete them. And one of them isn't even in service anymore. Vudu became fandango at home so it can't connect to the non existent servers. The thing locks up and becomes non responsive if you try to use the prime video app, can't even handle YouTube. Waste of money, better off just buying a plain blu ray player and a separate streaming device.

Acheté pour un cadeau, ce lecteur Blu-Ray propose une image et un son de très bonne qualité. La configuration de base est également très simple et les options sont vraiments pratiques. Très bon produit, et de plus, à un prix tout à fait résonnable !

3-star review is for defective remote. The DVD Blue Ray Player otherwise works well. The remote I received is LG Model AKB73896401 (has one battery / model # is on front of remote). It was defective. As reported by others, the remote is very slow to respond or does not respond. As this issue is not reported by all reviewers, it is not clear whether this is true of all remotes with this model number. The DVD/Blue Ray Player only has off/on and open/close buttons, so the remote is essential. I requested a return, which Amazon approved. But then I reconsidered because the BP350 is good DVD player, and if I purchased another BP350, I might again receive the same model defective remote. I chose to seek a replacement remote and cancelled the return. I purchased from Amazon an aftermarket - "New AKB73896401 Replacement Remote Control..." by Retrosun for $7.99. It is virtually identical to the LG remote, but uses two batteries (not included) instead of one. It works perfectly - remote response is immediate. Not pleased about paying for a replacement remote, but I now have a DVD player that I like with a working remote.

Entiendo que es "Renewed" pero más bien parece sacado del basurero. Recibí una unidad que no cierra bien la tapa de la charola debido a que trae un severo golpe en una esquina. Una completa decepción.

I’ve tried give this system the benefit of the doubt I’ve got another router and a booster still has quit a bit of lag and delay when using any streaming app. It’s a bit better maybe if the router was in the same room maybe but I’d looking to use away from the router the signal strength doesn’t seem to be strong. I’ll have to maybe get a fire stick for this TV. But Kinda waste of a buy but DVD/blue ray was a need.
