Q: What sizes are available for the Levoit HVAC filters? What manufacturers/models are they suitable for?
A: We have 4 sizes available: 16x25x1 in, 20x25x1 in, 20x20x1 in, and 14x30x1 in. Suitable for most HVAC systems as long as the length, width, and height matches.
Q: Where is the QR code on the filter and where does it lead to?
A: The QR code is on the filter frame. Scan the code with a smartphone to set up a replacement reminder on the VeSync app.
Q: Can the filter be used for more than 6 months?
A: The filter can last for 6 months during normal usage. If your environment is especially dusty, the filter may need to be replaced sooner. The maximum recommended usage time is 6 months.
Q: Will the logo on the filter affect the air resistance and filtration performance?
A: Based on advanced filtering technology and strict testing, the Levoit logo on the filter will not affect the filter's air resistance.
Q: Can the filter remove odors?
A: The filter cannot remove odors, only particulate matter.

These filters are a step up to the store bought ones I've been using. They fit my unit perfectly. One has been in since December and so far so good. It really does feel like the dust and dander is down. Though these seem expensive, if they each last for the whole 6 months, they would cost me much less than I've been paying and I will order again.

I don’t leave reviews, but i’m so blown away by this filter I had to say something. For context, I own a Levoit air purifier and I love it, so I was excited to see they had a furnace filter. I own a single family home and I have a 8 month old Rottweiler. I knew it was time to change my furnace filter because I haven’t changed it in months and the circulation in my master bedroom was very stuffy. I received the filter this afternoon and immediately change it. It is now almost 8pm, im sitting in my master bedroom without a stuffy nose or fighting for my life to breathe. The air circulation in my home is so crisp right now. I can’t even smell my puppy lbs. I’m excited to see how it holds up for the next 6 months, but so far so good. I will definitely be purchasing again!!

Fits perfect and the amount of particulants it takes out of our air is amazing! It is so nice that we don't have to change them every month. It does what it says and when my HVAC system comes on I do not sneeze! I need more time to try these out in order to make a final review. However, I'm looking forward to the months ahead.

These seem to be higher-end filters than I usually use; this means better filtration but more restricted air flow. The size and build seem comparable to major brands I usually get. They seem to be built well filter appropriately.

I’ve always purchased filters for my HVAC system at big box stores – Lowes or Home Depot. But I thought I would give these a try. The 3M Filtrete filter I replaced with one of these filters has a Merv 13 rating, where as this filter is a Merv 11. As such, it should be a little less restrictive of the air flow through it. This filter seems well constructed, and the only visible difference between it and my old filter is that my old filter had a “chicken wire” like mesh across the face of it. Presumably that’s structural – but this Levoit filter does not seem flimsy at all. The filter size is correct and it popped right into place with no issues. It supposedly has a 6-month lifespan, so I’ll leave it there for the remainder of the heating season. The two-pack came inside a zip-lock re-sealable bag, which is a nice touch so the unused filter is clean when it’s needed. No other filter I’ve used has come like that. I would recommend considering this filter for your own system if you're looking to save some money.I will update this review at the end of the heating season when I’ve had more time using the filter.
