We weren’t sure about this reusable filter when we first got it, but we wanted to give it a try. When it arrived, it was damaged, but the company replaced it quickly with no hassle—huge points for customer service!Once we put it together and installed it, we were seriously impressed. We’ve been using it since November, and it works great! We love that we don’t have to keep buying disposable filters, and it’s easy to clean. It’s already saved us money, and the air in our home feels fresh.We’re so happy with it that we’re ordering another one—and not just for us! We’re getting them for a few other homes too. If you’re on the fence about trying a reusable filter, we definitely recommend giving this one a shot!

I don’t believe it’s MERV rating, they don’t even spell “MERV” correctly (description and photos say MREV?). My furnace way humming and it has too high of a pressure drop. I found another option that was better than this, this isn’t it.

So I ordered this because I love the ideal of it being so easy to clean and maintain.. I ordered a 20X25 . Received item quickly and was packaged very nicely.. SUPER EASY to assemble , like 3 minutes simple .. Now the part that was all error on my side … we had a hog hair filter that was placed in our unit when it was installed brand new unit and filter , in 2012 when we built our home .. The error on my part was that I thought the same place the hog hair filter was located, was where this reusable filter would go also which it was too large to fit there .. NO it goes in the air return located in my hallway.. frustrated, I started a return request!!!! My husband then says hold I think this goes in the air return , sure enough it fits perfectly.. so we took out the hog hair filter ( that by the way is absolutely disgusting always no matter how much I clean it ..) placed this reusable filter in its proper location and I am so pleased , our system runs so much quieter and the air flow is amazing!!! My son’s allergies have improved in just a weeks time and I have noticed less dust in furniture.. as we live in the country and are surrounded by farm fields..This filter is so amazing and I plan on buying another to always have a spare while cleaning the other .. Thank you to this company and please ignore my return request, as I can’t figure out how to delete the return request!!! Because I’m keeping this amazing product!!!

Very easy to use. Great concept, once you wash and dry the filter and try to put it back on iy is a little bit of a struggle. Extra tight fit. Don't let it discourage you from buying it. The air flow is good through the filter. Cleaning the filter is easy. You just take it off the frame and throw it in the washer(I did buy 2 so I have one to put in as soon as I take one out). Quality seems to be holding up well, have not had any issues with the zippers or air flow. Only thing I would say negative about this is it should be white, beige, or a lite color of some kind so you can see how dirty it is. It is gray and hard to tell when it is time to change it. So we probably change ours more often.

I randomly thought about how convenient it would be to wash my main AC air filter like a window unit filter and decided to search for one—sure enough, this was exactly what I needed! It’s easy to assemble, fits better than the disposable filters, and judging by how dirty it gets, it’s doing an amazing job of cleaning my air.The quality is excellent, and it’s well-constructed. Considering how much money I’m saving by reusing it, it’s absolutely worth the price! I can’t believe more people don’t know about this—I’ve been telling everyone how great it is. My only tip? Buy two so you can rotate them while one is being washed.This is hands down one of the most practical and useful everyday items I’ve ever purchased. Highly recommend—buy it now!"

You know you’re an adult when you get excited about an air filter lol. I HATE dealing with filters and I always forget what size I need and to change them out. This is amazing because it filters so well and was stupid easy to put together. I am excited that I don’t have to buy new filters all the time and just have to throw it in the washer to clean it. Shortly after installing, I could see/feel a difference of air quality. It does a fantastic job and I definitely recommend to all the pet parents out there! I have two big fluffy dogs that shed a ton and this filter hasn’t chocked once like all the other filters!
