Some of the bolts that came to tight the nails didn’t work at all, some nails didn’t have the lines to adjust the bolts and one you overcome this obstacle, then the strap didn’t work as designed and had to use tape to tight this into the shoes, stay away, you’re going to waist your money.

Ordered these to add a little oomph to our lawn. They're easy enough tonuse that my 77 year old mother, who insists on mowing her own lawn, wears them when she mows. These are comfortable to wear over shoes (haven't tried them with boots or heavy footwear), they're well made, perform as they should, and it's a really good value for the money. Five stars

I have some bald spots in my yard where seed has a hard time taking root, but when it rains and the ground gets softer I can put on the aerators on the bottom of my shoes and create holes in the ground where the seed can drop into it and take root easier and have a foot hold when it does. I find these easy to put on and use and are great for small problem grass areas in my yard. You do have to install all the spikes into them which is not hard, It took me longer to figure out how to put the straps in with the directions but I finally figured it out. When you get outside in the area you want to work in, you can just slip your feet into them and tighten them up with the adjustable straps and aerate when you need to. It also has a piece at the heal where it extends upwards and helps keep them on your feet. I find these very handy and have always wanted some and find them very useful. I think these will last a long time, seem to be made of very hard durable plastic with metal bolt on spikes. I would not recommend wearing these inside the house or even on concrete as they would scratch a floor or you might possible slide on concrete. I would definitely put them on when out in the yard where you are ready to use them. On an extra note, there was a jagged piece of metal that shipped with the spike and nut bag that I am not sure where it came from but it must have been part of the process of creating the spikes and it accidently shipped with the spikes and nuts.
