Designed with high-quality all -steel, and reinforced side plate and solid steel axle for extra strength. For the adjust handle, Suchtale used 6 mm thick prevents bend rather than usual 4 mm.
Suchtale Spike Aerator with unique 10 steel tines star with 8” diameters, each feature 10 spike uneven tips so that can penetrate compacted soil up to 2” in depth, rotates independently.
The structure of the wheel with bearings gives it a greater load-bearing capacity.

Never had a product like this. I found it easy to put together, and very easy to attach to my lawnmower. Will make good use of this.

I was very please with this aerator and its ease of use. It doesn't take plugs out of the ground but it does punch about 2" deep holes in the ground to help water and fertilizer get into the soil better. The ground in my yard gets very hard so I had to wait till just after a rain when the ground was softer to run the aerator over the ground. I added 3 concrete blocks on top to give it extra weight to help the spikes poke into the ground further.

Cost effective solid machine. Be aware all the hardware is metric and comes with tiny wrenches to assemble. Save your time and knuckles and get a socket wrench to put it together. Love the solid tires. Not cheap plastic ones like many often have.

Worked ok towing behind my lawn tractor. Does poke small holes in the grass although nothing like more expensive ones that pull out plugs from the lawn. Takes some time to put together although nothing difficult. Just DON'T BACKUP with it attached to the lawn tractor. It will quickly jackknife and the arms will get bent as easily as bending a thin twig. The arms can easily be straightened back out with a couple sacks of a hammer but probably never perfectly straight again.

This is a high quality product that went together perfectly. Works great on established lawns. Not for commercial use. It is more than I expected for the price. Because of the quality build, it should give me years of service.

I found some difficulty in putting this together, but finally figured it out. The pictures were helpful but the videos even more helpful. Once together, I added bricks, then used it. It cut into the hardened sod about one and a half inches. I criss-crossed over the sod and was satisfied with the results.

It's been several months since we ordered and received this aerator but we have not put it together until just a week ago. We were missing a piece, #11 (X2) hitch bar. we should have had 2 and only got one. My husband made another bar to put it together. The packaging for this product needs significant improvement. The package arrived and multiple nuts and bolts were missing. I could have just sent it back but I used some of my own. The instructions are pictures only and some explanation of the steps would be great. It took me a while to put it together. Once assembled, I used it with some concrete blocks to increase the weight. My yard is quite bumpy and it looks like some of the metal components started to bend. I don't think I did anything that would have caused this. I am sure there are other spike aerators that are much better built than this one. I would look at other products before this one.
