I have multiple pairs of Lake shoes. Lake is helpful in that they're the only shoe manufacturer I know that puts very specific shoe dimensions on their site. BUT, they're little consistency between models.Also, get the leather - after a number of rides it conforms to your feet and gets sooo comfortableI have the following - just to illustrate how much the sizing varies:- 42.5 regular CX237 - fit's the best- 43 regular CX238 (the 42.5 seemed to be smaller than the 237, but now that they've stretched I want to try a 42.5) - a bit long and wider than the 237 (even though they say its the same last)- 44 wide CX145 (winter boot) - fits narrower than the 237 42.5 regular.- 42.5 CX332 extra wide - fits narrower than the 238 regular (mostly because of the way the toe guard wraps.So try your luck, just be prepared to try a couple of times. Once you get it right, these shoes are fantastic.

Issues Issues Issues.First off, the shoe sizing is insane and next to impossible to get correct without being at a retailer even using all of their videos.Then, heaven forbid, you have to do a return. You will get the privilege of speaking to the Manager of the North America branch, one of the single most unpleasant people I have ever spoken to. He didn't listen to my questions and kept jumping to conclusions.When I called to initiate a return he told me that the instructions are on my receipt and online. And he seemed VERY bothered that I would call at all.I called back a bit later and asked for help sizing. He got VERY cranky with this and eventually said he couldn't help with that. "it is the customer's responsibility" and he kept referring me to the language on the website about customer risks and responsibilities.I got lucky and the ones I ordered a full size up fit perfectly. BUUUT apparently Lake shoes are neutral and I am used to wearing shoes with a varus angle. So I got a lot of knee pain from these.I spoke to my bike fitter and he told me to give Lake a ring to see if they have any special insoles or product specific wedges. WOW. That was a mistake.The same guy answered. He spent most of the call criticizing my fitter and even told me to "do yourself a favor and find a good bike fitter that actually knows what they are doing."Seriously, I will never do business with these guys again.

Zapatillas comodisimas a la vez que rígidas en suela y en mi caso el número es el que habitualmente uso, uso 43, pedí 43 y me va genial

He comparado estas zapatillas para evitar dolores en los pies, tengo un problema en los metatarsos y al ser de horma más ancha el píe no se comprime tanto. Todavía es pronto para ver el efecto, pero las sensaciones son buenas.

I typically need to have orthotics in my everyday shoes to help with the pain due to bursa inflammation and irritation that I've had for the last couple of years. These Lake shoes in Wide are terrific, comfortable, and the arch support is excellent. I don't need my orthotics in these. They even have the little 'bump' to help support and destress the metatarsals. Great shoes!
