The shoes are very comfortable. I wear it for both daily activities and bicycle, and it works well except for rubbing the nails on the bottom when walking. It has great slip resistance, which prevents you from sliding out. The style also looks good, and it increases your height lol. I recommend it if you go bicycling a lot.

The 2-bolt SPD cleats improve pedaling efficiency, but the cleat base makes walking uncomfortable. While lightweight, the shoes lack softness for longer walks.
