That said, Five Ten's casual is different than most brands'. The Sleuth is down to kick back, but its sticky Stealth Marathon rubber helps it grip like a fiend to skate decks and dirt-jumping pedals, so you can rock it as a one-shoe quiver for all your chilled-out adventures.

The grip on the shoe is EXCELLENT, and I love the way it looks with the black and gum and also a little 90's style splatter on the midsole. However as for the upper, it's basically just a canvas shoe, like an old school vans or keds. It could definitely be more comfortable and techy up top.

I've done some long distance and trail rides on my XC mtb build, and have ZERO complaints...my old shoes would often slip off on bad shifts, THESE shoes have amazing grips that feel glued to pedals (without cleats or any hardware on basic plastic pedals). The only con's I could think of would be the shoes feel very stiff, and may need some "breaking in".I would highly recommend these shoes for bike rides of all kinds, maybe not the most comfortable for just walking around, but still fashionable enough.

Normalmente soy 25.5 cm. Pero este par me quedo bien. Compré otro par Adidas de otro modelo, también casual y me quedo el 25. Viene ligeramente amplio, pero si ya has tenido adidas pide tu numero de siempre

Great riding shoes! We got these for my wife and there was no "break in" period. They were comfortable to wear right from the start. She has had them just over a year now, riding 3-4 times per week and the riding shoes are still in good shape! True to size, accurate website description, and great value for the price! Highly recommend!

I really like the sole of this shoe, it has enough grooves on the bottom to feel locked in on your flat pedals, and the sole is rigid enough to keep great form when pedaling so your feet don't bend around the pedal when putting good pressure on it. I don't feel like I lose any efficiency when riding long distances with these on, and they look good walking around town. The best choice for a good urban cycling shoe.

These shoes fit exactly as expected - saw a lot of review that said they run big, and other saying they run small (???). For me, it was right on the money. These were comfortable right off the box, no need to "break" them in. Love these shoes, Ill wear them for BMX racing and MTB and will report on their durability later.

Third pair of Five Tens. First pair handled all of the wear and tear of mountain biking for years. Replaced with a second pair of Five Tens, which again were comfortable, true to size, and grip the pegs in the pedals extremely well. Bought a third pair for my son who also loves the Five Tens for all the same reasons, but added they look nice.

I switched from SPD to flats after I took a few years off from mountain biking. The sleuth works way better than I ever expected; it's easier to feel where your foot is on the pedal, and when I mess up, i'm coming off the pedals less often. It did feel initially like the soles were too soft underfoot, but by the end of the first ride I was used to it. I'm shocked at how sticky the soles are.Fit: The fit is weird, the shoes are slightly narrower and slightly longer than average. My true size is something like a 10.5 wide, but a normal 11.5 is a perfect fit in: New Balance, Danner, Montrail, Columbia. This shoe is borderline too long and too narrow at 11.5, but fine for on a bike. To me, these have that European AdidasPuma shape rather than an American shape.

Ok so I really like Adidas footwear. I generally wear a size 12 in Adidas. I went with an 11.5 based on other reviews and that seems about right. I also own a pair of 5-10 Freeride MTB shoes in a size 12. I probably could have gone with size 12 on these with an insole insert and been ok.These are stiff soled bike shoes and as such flat with very little cushy support. You may want to put in some generic arch inserts in.I’m using these as bike to work shoes mostly. They are also styling enough to wear at work. They are not as beefy as my 5-10 MTB shoes. See pics comparing the shoes.5-10s have to black sole. These shoes are really cool looking so I’m not planning on using them off road as much.I feel like they are similar to lace up Vans but with a thicker more durable sole.Over all at $80 these are a great value for stylish shoes that work great for peddling.Update 7/22. I’ve been using them a lot on the MTB for shorter rides in the ten mile range and overall a prefer them now over the heavier 5-10s in pics. They have held up really well.
