You will love the color of the breads coming out of this mold, just a word of caution, the composition of your dough might create that the bread crumbles kind of easily upon getting it out of the mold, well... not really crumble but it will crack on the top arches, so just be careful.The release happens pretty easily on a well buttered/greased mold and is not as easy to clean, because of the creases, but still worth the effort. Highly recommended.

This pan is lovely, good nonstick, but I don’t think it holds 10 cups. The pound cake baked for 2 hours at 325 but never cooked in the center. May be good for a box mix, but not pound cake

HYPES: a 9-inch swirl style fluted round cake pan, non-stick surface.LIKES: Works every bit as well as the name brand. I know because I own and use several.YIKES: Unknown is the longevity of the non-stick surface. But after two uses with hand washing (as it should be), I'd predict it's going to be years or more before there'll be any loss to it.FINAL GRADE: A

I had high hopes and was not disappointed. I highly recommend this pan! This is a rum cake with a glaze. Delicious.
