Nordicware...need I say more? Following instructions by nordicware and baked a tiered raspberry swirl cake from their website. Perfect cake, the pan performed perfectly! En lieu of flowers and candy this is what I asked my hubbie for.

If I follow instructions (and I will), then anything I bake in this lovely pan will be perfect. It is also, having followed instructions, easy to clean. What more could you want?

Ho acquirstato questa tortiera come regalo di Natale per mia madre, che cucina spesso torte e ama la forma di cuore. Che dire? La qualità si percepisce non appena si prende in mano la teglia: pesante, robusta, con il logo inciso esternamente (garanzia di qualità). La tortiera arriva con una fascia di carta che mostra l'originalità Nordic Ware con il nome e le misure della teglia. Unica pecca, ma non del prodotto in sé: vista la qualità e visto il prezzo, mi aspettavo almeno che arrivasse in una scatola (anche di cartone, per carità), invece era semplicemente contenuta in un banale sacchetto di plastica.Ad ogni modo, è un oggetto che fa tanta scena, essendo poi a tre piani: sicuramente verrà apprezzato da chi ama preparare dolci e soprattutto se già conosce il brand in question!
