Read the instructions and your cake will almost fall out of the pan when you turn it out, every nook and cranny perfect. Easy to clean as very few (if any!) crumbs left behind. Take care of your bundts and they will take care of you. Also, read the # of cups and your batter should be about 2/3 of that. Decorate with a light glaze or just shift on a bit of confectioner sugar or cinnamon and sugar. Or use your imagination.

I absolutely love the design on this Snowflake bundt pan. I have not tried it yet so I am concerned about the release and maintaining the design. But having Nordic ware in the past I am hopefully my first attempt will go smoothly. Also comes with a gingerbread recipe that is very similar to mine, so fingers crossed for a delicious cake that releases easily and stays attractive before service.Will update when that happens

I love my Nordic pans. 1st cake I used the recipe that came with it, "Gingerbread Bundt", It was delicious. Didn't care for the glaze, was way too much, maybe next time make only a 1/3 of the recipe. 2nd cake was a banana nut rum cake. The design shows up nicely. Love the design.

The cake mold is very sturdy thick aluminum. The pan molds the cake in beautiful detail. You must use bakers spray and thoroughly spray all crevices. The cake will pop out of the pan with no trouble or damage at all! I am a lousy cook, but this wonderful bundt pan has really upped my cooking finesse.

I bought this to make a pistachio cake in. I used baking spray with flour to season the pan. And washed that out. A few days later when I was ready to make a cake in it I used crisco and flour to grease this pan. It worked wonderfully and my cake turned out amazing!

Klare Kaufempfehlung. Qualität und bei guter Pflege Langlebigkeit machen den Preis Wert. anstatt mehrere schlechte Formen nach ein paar Jahren loszuwerden, Eine, die fürs Leben hält.Nordic ware enttäuscht nicht! Ich habe nun schon ein paar der Formen .die Muster sind fantastisch und kommen super mit jedem Rezept dass ich ausprobiert habe zur Geltung. Ich backe meine eigenen Rezepte darin und nicht die, die mit der Form kommen. Alle Rezepte sind bisher egal ob Marmorkuchen Eierlikörkuchen, Nusskuchen oder Biskuit Teig ausgezeichnet rausgekommen. Apfelkuchen beerenmuffins alles kommt mit beneidenswert Mustern. Die U & aß bei meinen Gästen und Kolegen hervorrufen heraus . Vorher mit einem Pinsel etwas einbuttern. Eine dünne Schicht reicht. Mehl drin schwenken, Überschuss aus klopfen, und jeder Kuchen kommt problemlos und ohne Widerstand perfekt mit einem schönen Abdruck des Musters aus der Form raus.Reinigen geht einfach und schnell mit einem Schwamm entweder gleich nach dem abkühlen oder nach etwas einweichen.Die Filigranteile kriegt man mit dem Küchenpinsel mit warmen Wasser und etwas Spüli wieder sauber, denn da kommt der Schwamm nicht ran. Eine harte oder Plastikspülbürste würde ich allerdings nicht benutzen, um die Beschichtung nicht zu zerkratzen. Wer es ganz genau nehmen möchte kann sich auch für schwer erreichbare Stellen von Nordic ware selbst die Gugelhupf bürste holen. Jedoch habe ich beides ausprobiert und bin sowohl mit dem Küchenpinsel als auch mit der Nordic ware Bürste zu einer absolut sauberen Form gekommen. Meiner ersten Form habe ich außen einen kleinen Kratzer verpasst, weil ich sie sehr rabiat, im Ofen hin und her geschwenkt habe auf dem Ofengitter, aber es ist deutlich klar , Nach jeder Nutzung und nach nunmehr Jahren, in denen ich mehrere Formen von Nordic ware ausprobiert hab, dass sie ihr Versprechen halten, dass ich diese Formen irgendwann an meine Kinder und Enkel vererben kann, wenn ich nur weiterhin gute Pflege betreibe.

Eine wunderschöne Form für einen winterlichen Kuchen. Sehr schnelle Lieferung und eher als gedacht :-) freue mich schon aufs backen. Auch für Elsa Fans eine schöne Alternative ;-)
