Use and care - Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces. Exterior pan dimensions 9.4 x 9.3 x 2.6 inches. This is a beautiful cake pan. It also cost less on Amazon when I bought it. There was a recipe for making a frosting that shows off the details of the flowers on the Nordic ware site. I thought it might be difficult to relates the cake but it was easy.

My cake came out beautifully! I do use Baker's Joy when using these specialty Bundt pans. It works great to get the cake out of the pan without sticking.

The cake easily slid out of the bunt pan and was beautiful. I dusted it with powdered sugar.I received many compliments.

This is a very nice pan and it has all the quality you expect from Nordic Ware. This is made like one of Nordic Ware's heavier weight pans, not the thin ones. It holds 6 cups of batter and bakes nice and evenly, the design comes out nicely. I made a chocolate mayonnaise cake and used powdered sugar on top and it came out so pretty showing the design of the roses on the heart. Clean up wasn't too bad, when the pans are so intricately designed, I wait for the pan to cool and try to wash it soon after. This pan may be a little challenging to clean once the residue crusts over. Pretty pan, very happy with it. I'm sure I will get many years of use from this pan.

A beautiful cake mold. In order for the flowers to be embellished, I discovered that the cake needs to be browned perfectly. The release was great! Sprayed with Baker's Joy, used a silicone brush to hit all areas, and put it in the freezer until ready to fill with batter.

I had to bake something immediately after I received the pan. I used a brownie mix and also made a blueberry lemon cake later. I sprayed the pan with Baker’s Joy. The floral details came out perfect and it was a breeze to clean it with a dish sponge too. Totally recommend this pan if you’re planning to bake a cake for Valentine’s Day or simply to celebrate spring.

Wow, this is gorgeous! Bakes evenly, and the cake releases cleanly every time. Baking time is much shorter than a full size Bundt pan…my 75-minute recipe was perfectly baked at 43 minutes. This heart pan also bakes about 10 minutes quicker than the more traditional shaped half Bundt pans (the Nordic Ware 5 and 6 cup pans).One VERY unexpected bonus is that my Bundt cake tastes better in this heart shaped pan with its shallow shape. My cake is a type of cake that’s only ever made in a traditional Bundt pan, so it never occurred to me that a different shape would yield a better result. You can taste the nuances of the flavor better in this shallow pan.

Bislang wurden bei uns zwei Kuchen mir der Form gebacken. Vor dem Befüllen habe ich die Form mit Butter eingefettet und leicht bemehlt. Nach einer kurzen Abkühlzeit rutschte der Kuchen einfach aus der Form, Teig ist keiner haften geblieben. Der Kuchen wunderschön aus und reicht für 4 Personen. Es ist eine 6Cup-Form, wenn ich das richtig einschätze, ist also eher eine kleinere.Die Formen von Nordic Ware sind höherpreisig, aber gleichen das für mich mit der Material- und Backqualität aus. Auch bei der Form gehen wir von eine hohen Langlebigkeit aus, sodass sich Preis über die Zeit rechnen wird.
