Love this air fryer. Had an issue with the basket outside window was showing cracking. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and sent a replacement basket. Great product and easy to use.

(Original review: I was excited to use this bigger air fryer when it arrived, however, upon inspection of the part that goes into the basket (grill) I noticed some paint bubbles in one corner and touched it - the bubbles flaked off exposing rust underneath it all. I am returning and ordering a different one.)Update to original review- from 1* to 5 *, the company reached to me to rectify the issue of the rusty grill and replaced it with a grill in better condition. I have used it and like the big basket, interior light and a basket window. Thanks for remedying the problem!

Company was very responsive to my inquiries and promptly remedied my concern. I had purchased this unit to replace another brand which had broken. I am very pleased with its performance. I like the design, especially the glass window with a built in light to check on the contents while cooking. .It is easy to use and to clean and I enjoy how it looks on my counter next to my other appliances. I am happy to recommend Kitchen Elite and its excellent customer service.

I love how it cooks. I love the ease of use. It’s just the door is a little complicated. If the company just re-design this exact air fryer with an easier way to open the door, it’d be perfect. I have to use too much pressure to open it. Other than that, it’s a good airfryer!

The size is perfect for small meals, and upper view window makes it easy to check on food without opening it. The digital panel with presets is simple to use, and the shake reminder is super helpful. Cleaning is easy with the nonstick basket, and it is dishwasher safe. It’s compact and doesn’t take up much counter space, which is big plus. Overall, a great tool for quick and healthy cooking!

Love this air fryer, not only does it look good on my kitchen counter but it performs well too! Cook’s fast and evenly. I Love all the preset buttons and the fact that I can see the food while cooking through its clear window. It is also really easy to wash by hand. Great product and at a good price!

I’m really impressed with how well this air fryer toaster oven combo works. It heats up fast, handles everything from pizzas to air-fried treats, and flips up so it hardly takes any space on my counter. The built-in light and included accessories make it super convenient, and cleaning it is a breeze. It’s definitely earned a permanent spot in my kitchen!
