These work well but they are a hard plastic and not silicone like I was looking for, probably my fault by not paying enough attention to the description

They are very easy to get used to. I have been using these for a while now, and have not burned myself since I got them. I have burned my arms more times than I could possibly count over the years. I only wish I had them sooner.

I bought this when my kid burned herself on the toaster oven. It makes it much easier to use without having to put your hand in between hot burners and hot metal. I was a little worried about these being plastic. But, they are heat stable. A good addition to our kitchen.

As hokey as this thing appeared to be, I've used it almost every day since buying it. The first time I used my counter-top air fryer, I got a nasty burn, where the scar still persists, so I was anxious to find something that would help me out without making it harder to grab things. I use this thing all the time now. I like the different angled hooks, so you can push or pull the oven rack easily. The tool doesn't bend, so you can use it to hold the rack up even with weight on it. I've had other varieties that have metal hooks on them, but the one I had got stuck on the oven rack for me in the past, making me have to wriggle a bit to get it off. This hooks well because of the shape of the head, but it also allows for easier releases because of the open design and slicker material. The material also makes it easier to clean than those metal ones - it wipes clean very easily, mostly because it doesn't melt, so the surface stays smooth. The color makes it easy to find in my utensil drawer. Since it's mostly flat, it stores very easily as well. Great idea!And my younger son is just starting to cook for himself, so he was happy to have something that would keep him safer.

I got this for my mom and sister last year. They were both confused on what it was for but after I showed them how easy it makes pulling the tray out they loved it! They use it every time they cook in the oven. Easy to wipe clean

i have two ovens with my stove - the top oven is only one rack deep - so removing items can be tricky to not get burned from top of oven - these help to pull out the shelf and to push it back in also.highly recommend these

Don't have to burn my fingers or get my potholders dirty. Works great pulling the tray out or pushing it back in. Very sturdy.
