Pratt arrived on time as specified.However, product is dysfunctional. It has six heating elements of which for do not work.I have only used this item a handful of times and I would like to return it and receive a new one or credit.

The photo looks the same but that is about it. If you only ever make very skinny toast or very thin crust small pizza it might work for you because there is barely 2 inches from the baking rack to the burner, with no adjustments or options. That window in the door is so small because that is about the height of the interior cooking space.I paid over a hundred (CAD) based on description and reviews. It is supposed to be a 12L toaster oven but that must refer to exterior dimensions and not it's volume. I put in one bagel just to check and that bagel touched the top burner.It is supposed to "bake bread with crispy outer" and is for "bread enthusiasts". Not possible!

I mill my own flour and make homemade bread. This steam oven toasts the exterior crispy and the interior is soft and chewy. I cannot get that texture from a regular toaster. The inside is usually dry. The sliced toast is absolutely delicious! I am very happy with this purchase. I purchased primarily for toasted bread.

I own the expensive balmuda toaster and wanted a backup for it. Unfortunately, this “clone” was poorly built, had bent rods, pins, and the resulting toast was far lower quality than that from the balmuda. In this case, you get what you pay for. This unit is being returned

This is a great little convection oven. It heats up really fast and cooks well, but the "Air Fryer" mode is very loud. It sounds like the fan is off ballance or the bearings are bad. You have to be careful of the lower heating elements getting dirty, because they will burn off and smoke if you don't clean them. Overall, if you don't mind a bit of noise in your kitchen, this is a good deal.

I love the design and workings of this oven but the fan does not shut down after cooking. You have to unplug which is difficult depending where the oven is situated on counter or nook.
