I ordered this for my mom who uses a toaster oven every day. She uses pie tins to make biscuits in it constantly. When hers stopped working, she asked me to order this one because she liked the door design and it said you could cook a 9 inch pizza in it. She assumed this meant her pie tins would fit. The tins are too big and she does not have a small pan that will fit, so we will have to return. This does seem like a good little oven if you just want to make toast or things that can be cooked straight on the rack. Also good for small spaces.

I had my previous B&D toaster oven for over a great number (over 15) of years. Once the I noticed the filaments were not heating evenly I knew it was time to replace. I was ecstatic to see the almost identical model was available. Here's why 4 instead of 5 stars. 1) The newer model is a hair smaller. 2) The unit's design does not automatically pull out the rack when opening. 3) The knob to select start the time setting is VERY DIFFICULT to turn to either function but it's not the same for the bake temp (top knob) or the type of use (center knob). If you have problems using your hands you would find it too difficult set.

Fits on counter perfectly. Only used it for toast so far and you can see the toast and take it out when it is your exact time. No guessing! Great price for this!

I don't use a toaster oven all that often so I wanted one that would fit in a cabinet and not take up a ridiculous amount of counter space - this is the PERFECT size. So far it has been very reliable as well.(i) The different functions have been great - The BROIL has been great if I'm using my oven for a main dish but need to broil a few sides or finish other dishes. BAKE takes a while to heat up but a lot faster our main kitchen oven when making a small snack for the kids. TOAST is what it says but the timer settings don't line up if you are a doing something frozen compared to a room temp item... not a big deal though.(ii) The trays are not but not sure I notice a huge difference when not using the crumb tray compared to when I do - especially if you preheat.(iii) the one tiny flaw is the design of the door. It doesn't actually open to 90 degrees or more (see my side angle picture) Not a huge deal but when things are hot it makes taking the tray our a little tricky because you almost have to life up a bit which can cause your item to slide on the rack or spill.The key feature for us were the dimensions of the unit - thankfully it has been a great toaster as well.
