Easy to use; lay a rolled pasta sheet over the mold, place your favorite filler (meat, cheese or vegetables) in each dimple, lay another sheet of pasta on top, then roll with the included pin to crimp and seal the edges. I was so excited to receive this. Well it is not easy to use. You can hardly put any stuffing in your ravioli because it just comes out and makes a huge mess. Save your money and buy the ones that you press down and cut individual
