It surprisingly worked and was very easy to configure. Cheaper than I would have gotten it elsewhere.I think I followed the video because the instructions weren't clear. But it's pretty easy to set it up.

I had bought another one before that required two good keys to reprogram the new one, and in the end I could just start my car with the new one. No other buttons worked.With this one was an easy process, and all buttons are working. No issues so far.

If you have one working key fob and need to make another, this is probably the best solution I've found. It will cut the cost in half, or more, of going to a locksmith or the dealership for a new one. The quality of the product seems to be just as good as the OEM. If you follow the directions, you will have a new working key fob in a few minutes. The directions are very clearly written out and easy to follow. I had no issues at all. Also, this does come with an uncut key, but in my case, I had the old key from my broken old fob and was able to put that in this new fob, so I'm all set. If you don't have your old non-working fob, you would still need to go to a locksmith to get your key cut, if you wanted to do that. I am really pleased that I found this option because it saved me a lot of cost.

I received a company van a while ago, and the whole time I've had it, the key fob never worked, so I was not able to lock/unlock my vehicle, even after replacing the battery. I figured I would try this product, and it worked to my surprise. Now I have a fully functioning key fob, and I discovered I was missing out of remote start this whole time. Very happy with this purchase!

It would have been a great item if it had worked. I followed all the instructions, and the little plug-in module worked, but to no avail. My happy moment was a quick and easy return.

It's only a six-step programming of the key and the instructions currently covered all the bases and I had no problems.I read the instructions fully before starting, identified my OBD port first, and then had no issues.Thanks!

We called around for estimates to replace our key fobs because the buttons no longer worked. Replacements through locksmiths and the dealership was $200-$400 for ONE key. We watched numerous videos on similar products to this and decided to take a chance. It worked perfectly and we spent about $130 for TWO keys. Plus we can program up to 6 more if we want. I highly recommend this product.

The best product ever. Programmed the key immediately when I received it following the instructions step by step and instantly worked on 2012 Dodge Caravan. Thought it would take long because there was a warning that your battery should be full and to turn off all accessories as it might drain the battery. But it took me less than 10 seconds. Using it now because the old one can't start remotely anymore.And you can program more keys but only for one same vehicle. Makes sense.Highly recommended.

I bought 2 keys and didnt know how to code them, then I bought this one with programmer.I programmed 3 today and I have 4 keys now, no worry to lose it again lol.

This took a little bit of time to get, but was well worth the wait. I had purchased a pair of remotes that I could not get to work. When I recieved this fob and programmer, i had the new fob, and my 2 previous fobs programmed and working within 5 minutes. Not sure about this, but apparently once you use it on one vehecle, it will not work on a second or other vehicles. Still worked out a lot cheaper than the dealer route.

Works great, but the instructions are wrong. Step 6 says "not to turn the new key to ON/RUN position, just insert the key into the ignition only." Step 7 says "to continue, press and release the button on the OBD programmer." The problem is there is no button on the OBD programmer.To program your new key just put it in the ignition and turn it to ON/RUN and then follow step 8 and 9. Your new key will be programmed. Once I figured this out, it was very easy to program the other two new keys I purchased separately. Oh, and don't forget to unplug the programmer from the OBD port when you are done... I forgot and my wife did not appreciate all the beeping coming from under the dash the next morning when she started the van. I had to run out and pull the programmer out so she could drive away.

As stated in other reviews, this programmer was simple and easy to use. In a minute I had a working key. You must have one working key to start. The process takes a minute and worked exactly as described in the instructions. Once the OBD interface is used, it cannot be used on another vehicle. But it can program multiple keys on the vehicle it is first used on. I bought two more keys from another vendor and was able to program them as well. This was a great solution to getting spare keys.
