Somehow, somewhere the charger pack for our Dyson Stick disappeared. A quick trip to Amazon, and a replacement charger pack was on its way. I didn’t even have time to lose my interest in vacuuming.

Worked for a few months and now nothing. Light not on so not charging anything. I know it’s not a battery issue.UPDATE: the customer service team reached out to me and sent a replacement. Excellent service and the new one works perfectly!

I ordered this extra charger to have 2 chargers for fast charging of more than one battery. The one that came with the vacuum works great, stay cool though the charger and is fast , also the cord is thicker heavier wire that feeds it. This new one is the same battery connector but the feed wire is super skinny gauge wire and heats up and will not totally finish charging the battery. I like the hover battery vacuum, just wanted to charge my extra battery’s faster.

Does not work. Worked for about 4 weeks, just past return window, then red light on bottom indicates not charging. Bought recommended replacement battery also , so just money lost.
