I recently purchased this mirror dashcam, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The installation was quick and easy, and it seamlessly integrates with my car’s existing rearview mirror. Definitely like the size and features of this unit, and how it mounts on existing rear view mirror, but it really does not work well as a rear view mirror since it reflects like it is in "dimming" mode (ie, headlights approaching from behind) all the time. Have not connected the rear camera on it yet, so maybe that will help but would need to have the camera showing simultaneously on the display along with other functions like navigation. I may try using a suction cup mounting bracket I have to work with this so I have a real rear view mirror in addition to this.

Ordered in September, died January 1st. Not great. I really liked the interface. I have a 40+ year old car, and don't want to touch the radio in it. It's nice to have a modern convenience like Apple CarPlay and still maintain that old feeling of the car. I would have rated higher, but I haven't heard from customer support. Hoping they come through because it was really great!

I bought this for my parents for Christmas and I went to drive at night. this dash cam is definitely worth it. I can see at night clearly and I when I get high beams, I don't get blinded just my camera. you can connect your feed back to your camera recording to your car using FM radio to hear what happen when you want to see a event. the Bluetooth is to connect your phone and cast everything to our android auto and carplay to your screen. you can also connect to your bluetooth car and bluetooth carplay at the same time. so that way you can listen to music. I can also watch my movies' using the app to cast my movies on the mirror. so nice. highly recommend it

I have a old Land cruiser that does not have space for a big Apple Carplay ScreenI had quotes form installers for over $1000 - when i saw that this uses the factory stereo for sound and has a dashcam in 1 i was really intrigued..Installation was a breeze as i had a cigarette lighter mounted in the roof and running the camera was not hard as their is an internal roof rail.PRO'sDash cam for accidentbetter visibility behind me. (the camera is better than the review mirror by 10000%Easy to use basically idiot proofAbility to support Right Hand Drive - which is great when driving an import in USACamera Flip supportConThe only thing i do not like is the 2 seconds of static while it connects when i start the car but as it is a diesel the engine covers up everything so not a major issue.All in all for something that installs in 30 min and allows me to have better view out the back and records everything .. i cant complain..Highly recommended ..
