The ladder is great for people who weigh less than 150lbs! After that, it's very tippy and shaky. My husband's already tipped it once and was slightly injured.

Works great! Very sturdy. The company we got it from was very, very, helpful and wonderful when we had a question.

My husband said it was easy to put together but the pieces almost felt like they didn’t fit. The size is perfect for our 33in pool and very sturdy!

Do not waste your money - do not buy this ladder it took forever to put together then when you go to step on, it completely falls apart and the steps slide down. Worst thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon. Such a complete waste of money and they do not offer refunds. I still have it, I’ll try and update with a video later.

The bottom step came apart the second time using it. But overall it’s ok and it does the job for the kids.

Not sturdy and not wide enough at the top. Terrible to put together. The steps are not easy to slide into the pole clamps. No instructions except illustrations that did not have any writing to read in steps.

UPDATE: I'm returning the ladder because after a few days of use the steps absolutely don't stay down. As a result the ladder loses stability and the legs swivel my son fell WITH the ladder as he was getting out of the pool because if the steps move there is no way for the ladder to stay stable. The clips used to keep the steps in place are constantly dropping on both sides of the ladder (the side inside and outside the pool). It's a pool ladder as described. The steps are one of those slide it down the pole to lock it in place type of deals, but there's nothing to really keep the step down. It doesn't really "click" it just sits on top of a plastic clasp top keep it from sliding down further. Bit this ladder goes in a pool... and just the force of putting it into the pool pr a kid knocking against it is enough to lift the steps which allows the legs to twist which makes it hard to reassemble while it's in the pool being used. So there's that. I wish there was a rubber washer or band that slid OVER each leg above the steps top keep thr steps in place. It's sturdy enough when it stays assembled bit thr directions are only pictures which actually doesn't make it easier by the way. Overall I'm disappointed that it cost $100 ... but supply and demand I guess!!!

Horrible ladder don't get. No assembly directions in English many other languages and included only pictures to go by. It took 3 Adults working 5+ hours to put together. The pieces did not fit together easily very poor design. Once together it was very unsafe and wobbly very narrow climbing up. I am very dissatisfied with this product and unfortunately missed the window of return. I will use the one I got from my other pool. I thought with the platform it would be easy to get in but because it was so narrow made it dangerous to be up that high.
