The weight is perfect for what got them for, unfortunately they have lined texture. The texture is subtle, but I'm using it for miniature, so it looks very apparent. I keep them, they may work for other purposes.

Like this paper very much. I will never use napkins to print images on again, this produces a much better image. It is strong and easy to use

This paper is beautiful and sturdy with a very deceivingly delicate appearance. While part of this packet will be used in journal making, I am also using this to cover panes in a French door that leads to my workspace. It allows light in, but provides privacy as well. Much like a shoji screen. I will be purchasing more of this paper for future art and papercraft projects as well as journals. It has a beautiful texture and holds ink well with no bleeding that would distort the painting, writing or drawing. Good price for the number of sheets too.

I use this rice paper for gel plate printing. It works great for multiple layers of paint if you let it dry completely before pulling the print and are careful with the edges. Good value..

I use this rice paper for gelli printing. They are stronge but thin enough for using in collage painting. Would order again.

I used it for a water color transfer technique and it worked really well. Now I have a bunch left over and I am going to have to figure out something else cool to do with it.

I am using this paper to make collage papers with my Gelli printing plate. Excellent results, not completely transparent when applied with acrylic medium. However, nice results!

I’m learning Chinese brush painting and this paper is a little too thin. Once I’m better at using the brushes and ink I’ll look for a slightly heavier kind.

I recently purchased this to print and mod podge photos to glass. It works well. You have to attach the rice paper to a regular sheet of printer paper so that you can run it through your printer since it is too thin to print on its own. I have tried using spray adhesive(gives me a headache from the fumes) and found that a glue stick from the Dollar Store works great.Just run a small bit of glue stick in the backside of the rice paper and press the rice paper to the printer paper and then print. After the ink dries lift the rice paper off the printer paper and you can use as needed. You will end up with some wrinkles and sometimes it does crease but for the most part it prints nicely. When you use it for mod podging tear the edges for a more "blended" look. I like this paper it was nice to use and would purchase again if needed.
