The part that fits over your head has light weight, good comfort, and distinctly better sound than a traditional phone headset. The problem is the box in the middle of the cable, which includes the volume rocker, mute button, and so on. I assume the DAC and audio amp are in there too. This inline box is distractingly heavy, and necessitates always clipping the cord to your clothes if you want the head part to stay in place comfortably. Unfortunately, the clip's grip on the cord is poor and easily pops loose.
