Today is my first day using the headset at work and I absolutely love it! The sound is nice and clear, and clients have no problem hearing me. I even tested it out by calling my cell phone to hear the clarity and it was great! No more cranking my neck to hold the phone on my shoulder. Also, I have had the headset on for about 7 hours straight now, and it is so comfortable and lightweight that I forgot I was wearing it at one point. Highly recommend!!

I purchased 2 headsets in the past 6 months and they quit working. This is the worst headset ever for the money. Buy the cheap ones. They last longer.
