I bought a Intex Krystal Clear 2150 GPH Sand Filter Pump & Saltwater System with E.C.O. July 3 2022, it lasted less than 1 season before the alarm for low salt went off. I am a biochemist, so tested with multiple assays and I know the water salt concentrations are correct. I replaced the elecro plates and it still didn't work. I bought a INTEX QS1200 Krystal Clear Saltwater Chlorine System in Sept of 2023 used it for 2 months stored it inside for the winter and it has the same issue. It also has corrosion on the plug.These products are for outdoor use and don't appear water proof.

THIRD-PARTY SELLER PRODUCT WORKING seller taking advantage of Amazon A-to-Z claimProduct stopped working seller refuses to do anything about it and told me to contact the manufacturer. Always get an automated response. Also manufacture doesn’t pick up the telephone and you can’t submit anything as far as a claim with manufacture. Stay away from this product and away from the seller VERY EXPENSIVE PRODUCT AND LOSS OF MONEY 489. Do not b the seller does not make good on their.purchase.

I am dumb and this thing is so easy. I recommend on salt water systems to hard plumb your lines, don’t use those corrugated kind

Wasn’t sure what to think of this product as it had almost no reviews but decided to take a chance on the saltwater system and filter bundle since the price was good. We have a 16x10 intex pool that we converted to salt water due to my son being chemical sensitive. So far, this product is keeping the pool clean and clear and both the salt system and the sand filter seem to be of good quality!

I had salt water system before. And loved it. Key is cover pool after use. Sweep with dollar tree broom the sides and bottom of pool. I sweep everything to A corner, then use a $14.00 pool cleaner w/ net attached, that just hooks up to my water hose. The pump features tell you what you need to do.
