When these arrived I noticed they are only wide enough for one snowboard unless you mount two belly-to-belly. The manual depicts two sets (two pairs, a total of four of these) one set for the left, another for the right of your vehicle. If you have one set then you do one clamp front and rear but you will not be able to fit two snowboards side by side. If you do order two sets there is a connector bar needed between the right and left sides that is not included in this product number. Once on they are really nice and I like that they mount to the rack without screws or hardware. They can only be removed if the unit is unlocked so they’re nice and secure. Sturdy and locked on to my bars with no wiggle at all. These are a good option for smaller cars as my Nissan Rogue can’t fit full-length ski racks.

I haven't really road tested these yet. But it looks like it's going to work nicely. It fits, just barely, next to my other cartop carrier. A snowboard with strap bindings can be placed upside down. I'm sure I'll have no problem stacking another board with bindings up. The mechanical quality and durability of this rack feels decent, as expected. Assembly was very easy. It can go on/off the car in just a couple of minutes, with no tools required.

They hold great! Have done multiple 10 hour drives with them holding two boards and have had no problems. One season down and no issues at all! Hope the quality will last!

I drive a Mazda CX-5 and ordered this for my husband and I to use to carry out snowboard and skiis. We live at the base of the mountains in Salt Lake City. I ski, he snowboards. It's a mixed marriage, but we make it work. ;) This rack was really easy to install and holds his board and my skis with room to spare! When family members visit us to ski, we have room in our rack to accommodate their gear as well. One thing to note if you've never had a roof rack for ski and snowboard gear is that you will hear/feel it when you drive on the freeway. That's just how roof racks go. That doesn't mean it's insecure or loose or poor quality. That's just a byproduct of carrying stuff on the roof of your car. This rack is no exception. It will rattle and hum a bit, but nothing more than any other similar type of rack. For the price, this is a great rack that holds a lot and works perfectly for our needs. I can absolutely recommend! I did a bunch of looking for different roof mount systems. This one is a bit more expensive but I wanted a good quality one so spent the extra for the i9a952. It said 2 snowboards. the picture showed a system where 2 boards would fit side by side on the rooftop. When it arrived I received a system that was half as wide as pictured and would only hold one snowboard. Maybe if I put one upside down? but then I risk scratching the roof of my car and would need to remove my bindings. The pictures should show the item being ordered. Have to return it now and going to have to find one locally or carry everything inside the car. I am sure the quality is great, the shipping was fast, but the picture was very misleading.

This is a very easy install, removal, & use product. It's all pretty straightforward and easy, better than some other brands I have used in the past. This isn't an item that I will use often but when I do I am able to do the entire process without needing help which is a huge plus. By inspection it looks like it will last a very long time and is worth the price in my opinion. 4 stars!

Super easy to install and use. I like the thick strong rubber that holds skis and snowboards nicely. I highly recommend using these. I installed them on my Yakima aero bars with no issues.

These are great quality racks. They mount very very securely to the cross bars, and are easy to open and close. Quality is exceptional, so I expect these to last for a lifetime.
