This is very well built and designed. Follow the instructions carefully, there are a couple of small details that are easy to miss. It took me around 90 minutes to build and install it, you actually build it right on the truck, starting with attaching it to the trailer hitch. It's mostly a one man job, altho I asked my wife to come out twice and help align things while installing the top and bottom racks.

This thing is awesome, I love it! Assembly was lengthy but not difficult, instructions were clear and straight forward. It's well worth the investment. Currently we only had the 1 set of skis and 1 snowboard (the kids are still in rentals) but it's so nice to keep everything out of the suv, and I look forward to getting lots of years out of this.

Love this product. Great value and fairly easy to install. Loading is fairly simple. Easily accommodated 2 snow boards and 2 pairs of skis. Took less than five minutes to secure them and easy to remove. Also liked the folding feature as we have an H2 Hummer which is already large being able to fold the rack helped when parked to avoid the rack spilling into another parking space. Highly recommend this rack for the price.

Item arrived on time and was packaged well. Directions were very straight forward. Assembly & installation took about 45 minutes. Holds 4 snowboards tight and secure. The hitch tightener was confusing. Look "hitch tightener" up on YouTube and you will understand how to install it correctly. This folds away from the car and allows access to open the hatch.

Tried it today as soon as it’s delivered and I got impressed by this well built thoughtful product and very kind and nice manual.The only reason that I give 4 stars is its weight. I would be willing to pay more if it’s made of aluminum.I feel they consider safety a lot but curious why they don’t add safety wire just in case it falls off the hitch, it’s equipped with a unique securely locking mechanism though.

I wasn't expecting much because of the low price, but was pleasantly surprised. It is really heavy (and heavy duty). I used it on the back of my Riviana R1S and it fit perfectly. When folded out, the back door and tailgate both open. While it's easier than putting skis on the top of the car, it does take a bit of work to get everything loaded and unloaded. The only negative is that the skis get really dirty if driving on wet roads. Not a design flaw of this brand, just a draw back of a hitch mounted ski rack. All that being said, I like it and do recommend it!
