Fill the cell of your photometer from ITS with water and add this reagent using the provided instructions and read results. It’s that simple. The reagent added to the water will trigger a change in color or turbidity that is then read by the photometer. For use with eXact iDip, Pool eXact EZ (serial number ≥1311), and eXact Micro 20 Bluetooth (Version 3 or later). This product DOES need the eXact iDip to read results.

Must have a photometer! This year I seemed to be burning through more chlorine than normal. I spoke with an employee at the pool store who advised me to check cyanuric acid levels due to UV light breaking down the chlorine. The photometer is a great tool and this test helped identify my problem. I now know I need to use a pool cover and occasionally add a stabilizer.
