Arrived today and used shortly afterwards; what a treat! The pan is beautiful to look at (color best described as cloud blue) and the non-stick feature is top notch. I also appreciated the curved, and deeper, sides for tossing ingredients about and yes, VERY easy to clean.

So wonderful except huge design flaw. The side handle, not the main detachable one, is part of the body of the pan so it gets JUST AS HOT! So what is the purpose if not to help pick up the pan if heavily loaded? Just to stick out? Otherwise the non-stick is awesome and it's a cute color. Fix that tiny handle, though.

Received and used it today for a simple chicken soup on my induction stovetop. As the photos show, the lid really does stay transparent despite the steam. When I added fatty dark thigh meat, the lid got a little scummy from the oily spattering, but that’s forgivable/understandable.As someone who cooks lightly at home and hand washes her dishes (I refuse to buy into overpriced dishwasher soap detergent), the detachable handle is a godsend. Cleaning is a breeze in the sink when the handle is removed first. Coupled with the non-stick ceramic coating doing its job, it’s makes washing a lot less cumbersome and laborious. The button aside, the handle itself isn’t some cheap plastic afterthought either, it feels solid and has a durable heft to it. Plus, if I’m low on tupperware, the pan and lid can store leftovers in my fridge without an obtrusive handle taking up needed space.The spatula works fine too, I used it for lifting cooled sugar cookies off their tray after the soup was done.Lastly, I just like the color. Kitchenware colors are limited these days and I’m glad I got something blue rather than the ghastly red, orange, peach, pink “options” these days. Another bonus is its ceramic coating because so many others in this price range have less desirable types of coatings.My one small complaint is that I wish the base was a smidge smaller and the walls a bit higher instead. Even on my biggest induction ring, the base of this pan extends beyond that. I only found one other traditional wok that was designed like this, but the material required too much maintenance (seasoning, stove drying, no acidic foods etc.). I returned that wok for this instead, but find myself wishing this pan was shaped more like a real wok.However, all in all, I’m pleased! This will be a versatile part of my kitchen. I’ll update if it chips or doesn’t perform well later, but I haven’t seen other reviews saying anything bad yet either. Hopefully, I won’t need to revisit my review!

This pan is great. It’s the perfect size for making somewhat large meals. The lid is great for storing leftovers and the removal handle is awesome for storage in fridge or cubbard.

I absolutely LOVE this pan!! Amazing for the price! I like how deep it is. I never get oil splatters on the stove top anymore! I love the removable handle too, it makes it super easy for storing. The non stick is great too. I can cook two or 3 different things in the same pan and I can rinse it with water and it's pretty much clean!

It will handle almost everything you throw at it. Easy to clean, very high quality materials, and has a hefty weight that's easy to control. Nonstick works perfectly, and the size is great for a family.

I like this pan a lot, but the food gets stuck and blackened easily in the center of the pan. It's probably best for just deep frying and boiling, but not things like scrambled eggs that can stick and need to soak before cleaning it.
