This pan is quickly becoming my favorite. I’m pleasantly surprised that It’s more lightweight than I expected. The first thing I cooked on it was a fried egg. I allowed the pan to heat up on medium heat first, then added the fat, and the egg did not stick in the least. It was perfect!I highly recommend this pan! I’m considering ordering more.

I did order the 3.5 quart made in stainless steel sauté pan, however Amazon sent me the non stick version which I did not want so I returned it. Then I found the Tramontina 6 quart stainless steel pan for $100 less and ordered it. I do believe made in cookware is of great quality but since I didn’t use it I can’t rate it. I gave 3 stars for amazons mistake but returning it was pretty easy. I wasn’t going to rate this at all but Amazon seems to want me to so if anyone is interested in the Tramontina pans I give them 5 stars. Great pans for less money.

Love this pan! I use grape seed oil to cook with because it's good for high heat! Cooks food quickly and evenly! Worth every penny.

This Made In pan is beautiful. We sautéed in it, and the food was cooked evenly. This is the second pan I purchased from Made In. I will definitely buy more..

Replacement for a non-stick saute pan which was badly scratched. This pan is made well, very comfortable handle. Heats quickly and evenly. Pretty pricey, but will never need another saute pan. I'll end up passing this down to future generations...it's that good. I'll definitely consider this brand when replacing other cookware.

I use cast iron, carbon steel and non stick frying pans. Depending on what I'm preparing. This stainless pan is well made and heats evenly. My go to pan when I need a stainless steel pan. I can see it lasting and be passed on.

I purchased thinking it would be glass top/ceramic top compatible, as its advertised. By that statement I was expecting a full contact bottom, however this product does not sit flat on the glass top, the pan wobbles and spins. Because of this heating is uneven, and is a hazard due to the spinning. In my opinion, its false advertising for this to be listed for Glass/Ceramic/Convection. Buyers beware of this product if you are looking for a pan for a flat surface stove (glass/ceramic/convection), this is not the product you should spend your money on this is a pretty expensive pan.
