This was a cheap doorknob, and it shows.Once installed doorknob wouldn’t turn. So I loosened the screws to the door, and it still wouldn’t turn. I had to loosen the screws to the point where they almost fell out, to get the knob to turn.All this was after the fact I bent the key, that came with it, to try and unlock the door. I had to use a knife to unlock it. Luckily I didn’t have it installed yet.This product was cheaply made and the quality shows. I wouldn’t waste your time on this buying this doorknob. Spend a few dollars extra, for a more reliable and quality made doorknob.

Bought this to replace a Brinks knob I had bought at walmart years ago! The brinks key FINALLY gave out and broke on me, that knob was not reversible so I had to insert the key upside down, very gritty, had to yank the key out sometimes. So it was only a matter of time that it broke wasnt surprised. What I WAS surprised about though was that this set is quality made. Meaning it works as it should. The key glides in and out it is soo satisfying. Locks sturdy. The only gripe I have with it is the thumb turn lock, its too smooth, no satisfying lock click when you turn the thumb lock, but it locks securely either way. And it comes with a set of 3 keys! One of the screw holes on the knob was a little off, but still installed. All you need is a phillips head screwdriver and persistence.
