Every box containing the parts for these knobs was missing one long screw that holds knob in place on the door.Only one screw in each individual box missing? Doesn’t make sense but poor quality control on someone’s part.Had to use one of the old bronze screw to complete installation.

They weren't super easy to install due to the amount of damage done by previous Tennants, but finally got them installed. I would recommend insisting help installing as it locks without enough force added while putting them on a door.

These knobs are sturdy and were easy to install. Best part is that now my grandmother feels fully protected and has to remember only ONE key for any door.

I bought a set for 4 of these locks to replace all of the locks to my house. The instructions fail to cover all of the required steps to install but the with the internet we got them working. Upon installing the 4 locks we found the knob on one of the sets was damaged and would not work.I sent a letter to the seller letting them know the knob came broken and I wanted a new one. That was about a month ago. Since then the knob leading to my kitchen is forever locked now and I literally have to take it apart to reset it. I have still not heard back from the seller.Avoid this garbage. This was an expensive hassle and now I have to buy new locks.
