Easy to install and haven’t had any issues! Nice that it came with multiple keys for backup too. Easy to lock and unlock and great quality.

The item I received was clearly used and had obvious signs of wear. Inside the box only the handle and screws were in plastic packaging and the plastic on the handle was opened. The rest of the items were just tossed in the box. The strike plate had been painted over and the paint was all scratched up from use. The latching mechanism and keyed side of the handle had globs of a Vaseline type substance in the crevices and were worn from use. I had no choice but to install as I could not wait for a new product due to a need for a locking office door to comply with HIPAA laws. Luckily it functions so far and I don’t need to replace my strike plate anyway. I am just shocked and disappointed by the fact that I was sent a used/damaged item and that wasn’t even an attempt to make it appear new. Who does that?!?

The only reason this didn’t get five stars is because of the blue film that was on the product was so hard to get off. It should pull off in one swoop, but it would rip off in tiny pieces and even stuck in the holes for the screws that I had to use a screw to pop it out. Otherwise, I’m very satisfied.
These filters work perfectly in my shark robo vac.

PROS:Very inexpensive.Very nice quality feel.Typical builder-grade feel to use.Attractive finish.Very easy to install. (You'll need a Philips screwdriver.)Locks with a real key.Comes with three keys.Button/turn to manually lock.CONS:Not numbered so you can't get matching lock handles.Super easy to jimmy the door open when locked if your door opens towards you. So depending on your situation you may need something more secure.Overall nice. Not for an external door. And not secure if it opens inward.

Door knob works like a door knob not terribly exciting item. BUT mine broke after 6 months. The seller was fabulous and honored the warranty on this. Things happen things break but it is sure nice to have a seller that will take care of you. For that reason I will be sure to always see if this seller has what I need.
