I tried using a bulb pump to put transmission oil in my 51 Chevy deluxe. It failed miserably. I purchased this syringe and it's over 1000 times better. You need a little muscle to fill and empty the syringe, but the product works remarkably well and isn't messy. I would use this over a bulb pump or funnel any day!

Refilling the Dishwash Fluid from the top is no easy feat, but with this Syringe I can get 400 ml of Dawn (diluted 50/50), in seconds. The Syringe is built well, so ‘am sure I’ll be using it for many other tasks. Recommend !!

I've been working on cars for about 35 years. I bought this to do the transmission fluid on my 2019 4Runner, and it was AMAZING!! Literally not a drop spilled. I should have bought one of these YEARS ago!!

Product now seems to work and is quite well constructed, with spare seals included. But after assembly and testing, it leaked like a sieve. I tried many things, but to no avail. I initiated a return to Amazon, but took one last look at the instructions, but learned nothing new. Then I happened to look at some of the literature, which casually mentioned that the tube diameters are different. When I inserted the larger diameter tuibe, the pump worked fine. I went back to the instructions and verified that they refer to "inserting the tubes" without differentiating the diameters. It would seem to take 30 seconds to write proper instructions, and I suspect would save many costly returns. But then again, I guess the Chinese operate on a different system and really aren't very commercial in their thinking!

I bought to remove metal flakes oil from inside my dirt bike. Came just as expected very simple to use heavy duty construction. Extremely happy that it didn't leak was easy to take apart and clean something u could definitely use over and over for very very long time. Easy to store and weights nothing. Perfect for all kinds of uses.

Dealer overfilled 2023 Jaguar F-Type that has 8mm OD oil extraction tube. The large end of the rubber connector fit perfectly over the extraction tube, with the other end stretched a bit to fit over the large plastic tube that goes directly into the extractor. Was able to easily, quickly, cleanly extract about 400mll of excess oil Highly recommend!

Used this to extract 3.5 pints 80W-90W front differential gear oil on 2012 F-150, no problems, worked great, just have to work the 1/4 in OD tube past the gears to get down to bottom of differential case. The metal gear edges scratched up the tubing, which is soft, but nothing flaked off and fell into the differential case.I like the size and capacity as it fits into and easy to operate in tight spaces. Easy enough to clean after use. I used a different hand powered continuous transfer pump to add the new gear oil, it has higher volume, bigger diameter tube and much faster than trying to use this extractor with skinny tube to add new oil, you would have to do fill and empty like 8-9 times.I do not like the length of the 1/4 in OD extension tube, it's too short for this particular task and the black rubber coupler doesn't grip the tubes strongly, risking separation of the extension tube from the black rubber coupler and falling into the differential case. You have to extract gear oil out of the fill plug on 2012 F-150, so if the tube falls in, you are screwed. To reach the bottom of the differential case, the rubber coupler holding the tube is just inside the fill plug opening because the tube is too short.I did one wrap of duct tape around the end of the tubes where they connect into the black rubber coupler, this provided tighter grip and I was careful when pulling out the tube each time to empty the extractor. To remove 3.5 pints gear oil took me 9 insert, extract, remove actions to drain the gear oil, at about 200cc/mil per pull. For next time, bought 10 foot section of clear, 1/4 in OD tubing to create longer extension to eliminate risk of losing the extension tube into the case.
