Purchased the 200 ml. Pump and had no issues . worked great . wanted more capacity so I also ordered the 500 ml version to complete the set. The 500 pump started acting crazy. The piston would freeze up if left sitting for a few minutes. I would free it up and it seemed to work ok until once again left unused would again freeze up. Kind of figured it was possibly an "O" ring issue . ordered another 500 extractor but this time from a different company. This one was for the most part identical to the previous one but worked great and came with a spare set of "O" rings. Now here is the crazy part. I figured I would replace the "O" rings on the defective pump with the spare rings provided with the new pump. Well that did not work out due to a size discrepancy but found something really strange. The pump piston that was sticking had a design feature not found on the new 500 extractor. There was a extremely small O ring under the large ring . At this point I had nothing to lose so I removed each of the small O rings and installed the large rings back on the piston. Figured it would take some pressure of the sealing surface. Well all is now well and the extractor is working great. I now have two working extractors.

Quality product but... package was missing the 6mm cap, rubber connector with the packaged product. I contacted the manufacturer NEED Help line and they wanted me to send my purchase information. I'm sure it's not the first time products failed to be packaged correctly.
