About this item

  • The HE360D Whole House Humidifier is easily installed on your current furnace by mounting on either the warm air supply or return air duct of forced-air furnaces to distribute moisture throughout your home.
  • The humidifier replenishes moisture throughout the entire home to help protect wood floors and furniture from drying and cracking, and can reduce static electricity to help keep your home more comfortable.
  • Ideal for homes: 2,700-4,500 sq. ft.
  • With the included digital humidistat with outdoor sensor acting as controller for your new humidifier, you can set your desired humidity level — and forget it as the unit turns on and off automatically to maintain your preset.
  • Must have access to a floor drain and full access to air ducts. Seasonal humidifier pad replacement required.

Providing fan-powered humidification without the need for bypass ductwork, this whole-home humidifier makes for an easy install in your home. The HE360 Fan-Powered Whole Home Humidifier delivers much-needed hydration throughout homes up to 4500 sq. ft. Mounting to your furnace, this Honeywell Home fan-powered humidifier is reliable and requires minimal maintenance.

The product was definitely used. Also the Honeywell selionoid was faulty. I’m very unsatisfied. The part to fix it is $105.

Works great. Install was really straight forward. No messing with the furnace control board - it supplies its own 24v to power the included thermostat. It uses a pressure switch to detect when the blower is on which then activates the humidifier. It turns on when my heat turns on and I have my blower programmed to come on at least 15 minutes per hour if there is no call for heat. One day later and no more shocks. A week later no more dry noses. I recommend adding a 1/4" ball valve for shutting off the water to service.

Like many others pointed out, the humidifier came with incomplete set of parts.I ordered a replacement which came with more parts, but still missing wiring bundles. There is no list of included parts in the manual, terrible.

So, I've never installed a whole house humidifier before this unit. I am generally a very handy person but the thought of cutting holes in my furnace sheet metal was intimidating to me.Once I started the process was smooth. I took my time and read the instructions. ( I don't normally read instructions)I found a couple of youtube videos to assist when i had questions, but in the end this is working well. my house is keeping the moisture we need and I am glad i tackled it myself.

Most of the humidifiers out there are either honeywell or rebranded honeywell like the one we had previously (comfortline). It appeared identical to this, so when ours failed I bought this as a replacement. The footprint and design were about 95% match, but not exactly, so I had to do some light sheetmetal work to close up the opening to fit this device. Also, our previous unit did not have a pressure switch and used a VAC line from the controller. I actually prefer not having that VAC involvement, so I didn't mind installing the pressure switch. All in all, the install went well and its working ok.So why 3 stars and not 5?The item was either dropped or returned. It wasn't that bad to warrant a return, but the solenoid was visibly bent, and I straightened it out prior to install. Also, there were some accessories in the box that had nothing to do with this device... so I'm guessing whoever returned it accidentally dropped in some of the parts from the HVAC system into the box. Not a big deal, but a used item shouldn't be marked and sold as new. Given the damage it sustained, and this used-bit, I docked 2 stars.Last, the digital humidistat's display is absolute crap! Probably the worst LCD display I've seen in decades. The contrast makes it unreadable.
